The Problem

Trip bookings for Zamani Voyage were happening informally — via email, phone, and WhatsApp — with no standardized process. Passport details, dietary requirements, flight preferences, and emergency contacts arrived piecemeal across multiple channels. Every booking required back-and-forth follow-up to collect missing information, and the risk of errors in trip administration was high.

Our Solution

A 10-section multi-step Forminator form was built in both English and German, covering every detail needed to process a trip booking: requested trip and dates, room preferences, full personal and passport information, flight options, dietary and health requirements, emergency contacts, additional services, and legal and insurance consent. Each submission triggers a dedicated Make.com webhook — separate from the contact form — that builds a structured email with all booking data and routes it to the team instantly in both languages. 

The Result

Every traveller registration arrives in a single, complete, consistently formatted email summary. The team has everything needed to process a booking from the first notification — no follow-up required for missing data. Trip administration is significantly faster and the risk of booking errors eliminated.
